I had the same window problem with my Titan, which the dealer fixed and it has not occured since.  I encountered the same problem with my Nissan Xterra, which eventually had a recall notice issued for the problem. The only difference with the Xterra was that it impacted both front windows.  It was the only problem I ever experienced with my Xterra, which besides the great looks, the great power, and the leg-room is one of the main reasons I bought the Titan. So far I've been very happy as I expected a few minor problems with the Titan being a first year model.

My 04 will spray gas out on your arm when the tank is full. I am waiting to take it in when I have more problems.
