Yeah my problems are over!!! I contacted the Better Buisness Bureau (in California)and they contacted Nissan and Nissan made me an offer to buy back my vehicle in 1 week!! You need to have at least four repair attempts for the same problem (mine was for the Brakes/ Rotors) So good luck every one.......go get you money back for those LEMONS!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry to hear you have bad luck. My TITAN is nearly flawless, all first year productions have thier share of kinks to work out. Are they perfect, no. Go on over to the F150/F250 forums and take a read, they have the same probelms we do, and those trucks have been around allot longer.
Besides i smell a TROLL here.
Have a nice day
Johnboy

I'm in no way trying to diminish the pain that some of you are going through with your brake rotor warping issues. As I've said before in another thread, I've gone through rotor warping issues with other cars (mostly H*nda products), so I know where you're coming from.
However, I find it hard to believe that a "lemon case" can be built solely on a brake rotor issue. If that were the case, H*nda would have to buy back damn near every Acura TL-S they made!
My understanding of "lemon laws" was that you had to prove that the vehicle had numerous problems - some of which were almost unsolvable.
Be that as it may....if you did get Nissan to buy it back and you're comfortable with that decision, good for you. Obviously, the downside is that you're now faced with the buying process all over again. And to re-iterate what Johnboy said, take a look at the forums for the competition. They have their problems too. Hopefully, you won't be jumping out of the pan into the fire.
Tom

I had a chevy bought back because of brake and front end problems. I thought I was walking away smelling like a rose. After everything was finished, chevy took me to the cleaners with the hidden cost. I drove my truck for 6 months and it cost me about 5000 dollars. Watch out before you sign the deal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. They will make their money on you someway.

Colorado Lemon Law and Im sure other state laws are close. All you complaints would not equal to a lemon unless they didn't fix them.
- (I) The same nonconformity has been subject to repair four or more times by the manufacturer, its agent, or its authorized dealer within the warranty term or during a period of one year following the date of the original delivery of the motor vehicle to the consumer, whichever is the earlier date, but such nonconformity continues to exist; or
- (II) The motor vehicle is out of service by reason of repair for a cumulative total of thirty or more business days of the repairer during the term specified in subparagraph (I) of this paragraph (a) or during the period specified in said subparagraph (I), whichever is the earlier date.

Your Brakes are the most important thing on your truck, If the dealer can not get them right then HELL yes that falls under the lemon law. SAFETY, If you have taken your truck to the dealer multiple times for brakes and then rear end someone or get in a major accident, Guess who gets sued, NISSAN for not being able to repair the brake system properly.
