Hey there all! My roomate/good friend recently undertook this exact project on my Titan and has 2005 Altime SE. He has performed this procedure on his '98 240SX, my '02 Maxima SE and his '03 Sentra SE-R SPEC-V in the past really easy. He said Nissan did some extensive rewiring in the new vehicles, and after spending an entire day in the driveway with both of our hoods up, and after locating the relays in the engine compartment that control the fog lights, he was unable to perform this modification.
I'm not saying it can't be done...but the fact that he was unable speaks a lot for me, knowing his electrical/engineering abilities. If anyone IS able to figure it out, I'd love to know how, as I to enjoy being able to drive with the fog/driving lights on and the parking lights, without the headlights having to be on. Thanks!
