Serch, I the problem I am have claimed with the BBB is the brake rotor issue. I did expect for the truck to have some issues being a first year run and I have delt with all of them i.e. rattles, sticking power windows, anti-freeze smell, slack in the steering column, mushy brake pedal the list goes on and on. The worst part of the whole thing has been Nissans lack of customer service and concern for the customer as a whole. Good luck getting a replacement from your dealer. I actually tried to get my dealer to work with me on trading it. They offered me 19K for a truck I paid 32K for 6 months ago. Thanks guy's! Keep us posted.

Scooter, I went to my dealership today cause they had called me to discuss the problems that I am having with my Titan. They wanted to know what they could do to help me out. I straight out told them that if the brakes go again, I would be persuing the lemon law on the truck and would be getting rid of it. They said how about we work out a deal know, I said I would listen to what they have. They said they would work with me on getting a new titan or anothe Nissan. I opted for a Murano cause that is what my wife wants and I refuse to get another Titan. However to my suprise they brought out the deal saying they would give me $23,000 for my truck which would be a $5000 difference on what I owe on it... Remind you, I have only had the truck for 2 months and have about 2700 miles on it. I told them no way. I would rather pursue the lemon law. He told me when I do to come back and see them, I told them that if I lemon the truck I WILL NOT be buying another Nissan. FYI brakes are back to the judder.... 2nd time going into the shop shortly....

I am in the same boat. I In Alabama you have to have 3 repairs then send a certified letter notifing them of "Ainal Attempt to Repair. I have done that and they had the 4th and try. From what I understand and from what the states attorney general tells me the most effective and least expesive way to begin is by using the BBB Auto Line and going to arbitration. That's where I am now. Hopefully, it won't go to arbitration but if it does I am loaded for bear!
