I had the same thing at 4K miles.  It would squeak at corners.  I reported it to the dealer and now I don't have the same problem.

I just had my entire drivers seat replaced with little protest from the dealer after they experienced the noise for themselves.

I took my squeaking seat to the dealer today and a tech came out and showed me the problem if you pull the seat cushion back were it meets the backrest part of the seat there are 4 philips screws there that were not as tight as they should be he said nissan should have used loc-tite on the screws anyway he tightened the screws an walau no squeak!!  I hope this helps all of you

the cushion that you sit on go to where it meets the seat back and pull back on the seat cushion there will be 2 screws aon each side they need tightened as tight as you can if you have any more problems i will try to post a pic of it let me know

There is a service bulletin on drivers side squeak.  The bulletin says that the noise is from the leather rubbing on the seat control cover and gives instructions on filing the edges of the control cover.

My driver's seat has been squeaking like mad for the past several months.  I've taken it in twice to be worked on (as well as the notorious brakes.)  Supposedly, they've ordered some parts or kit that they're going to install next Thursday.  I'll let you all know what happens.  It sure has been annoying to say the least!
