Man I hate to hear that you aren't having any luck on the fix. Hopefully they'll come through and you can get back to normal.

They said, "We got OK from California to throw a new Transmission on it". The mechanics still don't know if that is the problem though. Who knows how long this is going to take.

HMMMM maybe able to file lemon law or buy back depending on how long they have to keep it. Is yours an 04 or 05?

Oh the aaag ooooo neeee...aag oo nee. (It's a Bugs Bunny line)
Anyway, the mechanics said they acknowledge the problem but don't know what the problem is? Did they do an alignment then test? Wheel balance then test? Or are they just shooting from the hip and going with a new tranny? Have they told you anything on what they've done to try and fix the problems?
It's stuff like this experience that scares me into not taking my Titan in when it comes time.

they "fixed it" but it still does the same thing. They replaced the tranny and everything else you suggested. They let me drive another similar truck and it did the same thing, but worse!!! I think they have a serious flaw here.

I asked my buddy about this, he is a crew cheif for a race team and this is what he needs to know. What all does your Titan have as far as options and what body style, is it off road, 4x4 you know what is your truck, where are you in the US also. My buddy wanted me to pay close attention to my truck to see if it wobbles as well at 45 so far nothing. Also where does this wobble feel like it is originating from...for example forward, mid, aft, left or right side, in the tires, the suspension, where does it feel like its from. And most of all where do you feel it at. in the seat, gas pedal, brake pedal, steering. Let me know so I can tell him maybe he can come up with something.

Cool! Sorry for delay. I forget to check this forum sometimes.
The wobble now happens at a little less than 45mph. The wobble is an up-down motion that feels like it is coming from the back to mid area. We really feel it in the seat especially on the passengers side. If I drop down to 4th(I have an automatic trans w/shifter in center not on column).
The truck is an '05 Nissan Titan SE King Cab with the popular package and big tow package. I do not have 4x4.
I called nissan, and they are going to have another dealer look at it. Chances are they will say nothing is wrong with it, but it is real obvious. I drove another '05 from the shop I got it at and it did the same stuff but worse.
I hope this all the info you need.

Well, the local Nissan dealer took a look at it. They put the wheels/tires on their road force or forge(?) machine. They said the back tires were off 18 ounces or something. It still feels the same to me. They say I am feeling the bumps in the road and that the tires that come with the truck are very hard so you will feel everything. It still seems like a sytematic wobble, not road flaws. I looked under there and everything looked fine to me.

I know you have to be irritated, god knows I would be. Hopefully they will come up with a fix. Reckon the tires could be out of round?
