All,
I know speaker size has been talked in several threads, but often it
was for the RF systems. I have a 2005 Titan SE, base radio and
want to change speakers. Can someone confirm that the fronts are
inded 6x9 (with no cutting required) and the rears are 6.5".
Also, are there any drpth issues.
From the board, I was pretty comfortable, then found that best buy, circuit city and ultimate all show 6.5" for the fronts.
Thanks in advance

fronts are 6x9 but rears ar closer to 7in you can get adaptors or just
buy 6.75in speakers and drill new holes. no depth issues with in reason
an average 6x9 fits no problem

I noticed that on Crutchfield.com that they give depth and size on speakers that will fit YOUR Titan, if you click on "WHAT FIT'S MY CAR?" link, you will be able to put in the info of your specific model. Hope that this may help.

Ditto...plus they will supply you with adapters so you can use 6.5" if you want, which is nice cuz that greatly increases your available options...keep on truckin

Thanks for the sizes...no idea why several electronics stores were
saying 6.5" in the front. I found a very good description of door
panel removal for the fronts, does anyone know where the screws are on
the rear doors (for a King Cab vice crew)?
Thanks

Where did you get the panel removal info from? I need to pull the drivers side to do the mirror and it looks a bit more difficult than I had expectd. I hoped to be able to get at the wiring for the mirror simply from the top switch cover but that's not going to work...now I need to pull the panel.
