I'll try to answer some of your questions best as I can.

Diesel-more power, usually better mpg, used to be cheaper than gas.

Front level kit-if you noticed, the Titan as a slant, with the backend higher than the front. The initial purpose of this was supposed to give the truck more clearance while backing up (a hill I guess). The kit would raise the front end to match the height of the backend.

Kinda blank on the ARE lid.

This is the first time I've heard of the Front Level kit, not sure if it would make that much difference to me if I had it or not.  As long as their is clearence to change my own oil (with Mobil 1) its plenty high enough.  How high is the front end usually raised to match the back end?   Haven't given it much thought.  I'm leaning toward either the Red Braun, the Smoke or the Blizzard White.   If they would ever come out with a Desiel I might think about it, but since I would like an 06, I probably won't get a Diesel.  What color is your Titan and is it an 06, 05?

I love my leveling kit that I put on, after a while the look of the front end going dwn hill by 2 1/2" will probable bother you, as for the A.R.E. lid it is a fiberglass tonneau cover, we just call them lids where I come from. Join the crowd and be proud.

Well, the diesel is probaly a few years away, so I wouldn't count on getting one soon. But, my Titan is an '04 model, and is silver. I'm a pretty hefty guy, and I can crawl under my Titan with little resistance, so changing the oil with or without a jack or lift kit would not matter. Titan Power anserwed the lift kit question acurately.

Anyone know if the Leveling Front End Kit would negate the Nissan Warranty.  I'm guessing it is not a Nissan product.  I have not read about the warranty remaining intact or being cancled for that matter if the Front End Leveling Kit were installed.

I believe you may have issues if say you had a front end suspension issue or one that could be proven to be the result of the leveling kit however if say your drivers side power window died that obviously would not be an issue.  This has been challenged before under the magnuson moss act from other boards I've been on and been upheld after dealers refused to service modified vehicles and the dealers subsequently lost.  So to sum up I probably wouldnt expect them to warranty something that failed as a result of the leveling kit but all other stuff I would.

Here is a pretty detailed link on the magnuson moss act
