I've spanked a few. All in regular drive mode. No shifting. All at the low end. I haven't had one beat me on the top end. But I haven't come across a hemi owner with the will / opertunity, yet. Get's pretty crowded in houston. Their trucks can't handel near as good. In a stright line run with no use of the handeling advantage. The dodge will take it around 90 mph stock vs. stock. Hell, my wife got me on the top in her lincoln avaitor. She barely got me, & other than the fact that she cut me off hard to make the next turn. It's all cool. My truck can out work all 1/2 tons & go fast enough to be fun to drive. It's a good mix. Can't park it for crap though, my 3/4 ton van has a better turn radious. Can't believe nobody bitches about it. Nissan realy covered their ass at our expense on that one.

You guys are all f**king boneheads. Nissan isn't spanking anything. Have you all cinsidered that the HEMI Rams are a little bit heavier than the Titan? The HEMI is the most respected engine in automotive history. You Titan owners are not paying proper respect to it by saying you "smoked" it. You are all smoking crack if you think your engine is better than the HEMI.

Ain't saying I got you no the top. But I damn sure got you in the useable part of the power. Below 70 my truck will rock your ass. When it gets tight I won't back off as quick. I don't have a crap front end. That's what is called usable power. Sort of like the tow ability. I agree on the top. Top just isn't all that practical . Got some sport bikes to put up against anything you have. Titan is more of an all around bitch. The ram can't hang in the all around. Ain't even close. How do you like that fan clutch sound? Sounds pretty cheap to me. All out top end performance is for machines that actually have some. No stock work oriented pickup does. Best you can get & still be useable is the Titan. Sportscars only haul ass. Your hide is neighter a sports car or a work worthy truck. You wasted you coin. When you figure it out. You'll have no resale & have to eat it. I'd feel sorry if it wasn't for your harsh words. Hope your hungery.

if you have the tow package then you should have VDC and there should be a button near the center near the 12volt sockets.

Johnboy: See your point with the wheel base. Over the years all the pickups compaired to the vans have been regular cabs. My dodge dully is a regular cab as well. I'll check it out. I think the Titan steering is set to not turn as close to a perpendicular angel though.
Import2nr: I think the VDC traction control works by retarding the ignition when a spinning wheel is detected. It is linked to the LSD (Limited slip differential) LSD works by applying braking force to the spinning side of the dirrerential. I have an LE. The switch is on the center dash just above the console. I think it would be in the same spot if you have a bench seat. If you have an XE you probable don't have it. Check out your owners manual.
Found a new feature. Im remodeling a house. Left the door open so the dog had a soft spot to hangout. Dome light goes out after a few minutes.
