I have a Titan 04 with CC and 4X4, I installed the banks exhaust and still only getting 12.4 mpg. I know I drive a little hard sometimes but this seems low.

MAN that is not bad...look at your original maroney sticker(window sticker) you are well in the range. try a green filter and a tornado. I have some people that tell me that has imporved the mileage by 3to4mpg's. I am getting about 15 to 17 and drive mine hard. still smoking the competiton!

4x2 CC w/Offroad pkg and tow pkg. I took a 400 mile trip (90% highway) after owning for 500 miles. I got slightly over 16mpg...i was amazed. Since then, kicking around town its been 14.5-15.5.

I just bought my Titan, but its a new 04. I have just over a thousand mile and I can't get better than 12.5 mpg. When I first started driving it I was getting 9 mpg. Don't get me wrong I love this truck, but I think I am going to have to ask for a raise.

I bought mine in Aug o4, and live in the sierras. low mileage short trip is 12mpg. out on the open, we average around 20mpg. the tach hangs @1700rpm doing 75mph. power is NEVER an issue, loaded or empty. usually 86 octane.
Are you low mileagers living in humidity? or have funny emmissions laws? I have to burn MTBE in my fuel for California, and CA smog regulations, and haven't had any markedly poor mileage. Are you running stock tires, and are they inflated properly

This is my first time on the forum. I just had to reply to the 27 mpg. You can't go by the guage, the're wacky, you know. Divide your miles by gallons used (actual) and that will give you your mp |
