i ended up buying a tow hitch class III from nissan dealer .  I also got a wiring that connects to stock plug under rear bumper and has a 7 pin and a 4 pin connector from a cheverolet dealer.. for some reason nissan doesnt make them the chevy dealer had an aftermarket one that works on chevy and the label also says it works on nissan titan 04 30 bucks.

I read on another forum that the wiring harness will work without relays but you will not have the running lights on a trailer untill you plug the relays in... so ill be ordering those some time.

just fyi.

the class iv hitch comes with relays.

I bought a wiring harness from Hopkins Towing Solutions. In the small print it states you must install two relays #2523079945 and 2523079964 available from the Nissan dealer. I had my hitch installed by a Draw tite dealer. I recently bought another trailer with running lights, which do not work. I found I have no voltage at the brown wire of the four wire flat connector. When I checked for the relays, there was only one relay installed in the trailer #2 spot and the trailer #1 spot was empty. It is now sunday and no where open to get the relay for now. I will update this post later.
