For the spewing gas out at every fill up???

I don't have a problem with my 05 spewing out gas, but when i have to drive it through fresh snow the gas tank vent plugs and freezes off then it takes about an hour to fill, and the service engine light comes on until it thaws. First time it froze a sensor needed to be replaced.

I have had that problem on my 04 SE CC. I Have to slowly put fuel in it, otherwise it iwll over flow.

I have an 04 Titan LE 2WD and they do have a service bulletin out for the issue of gas spewing. They replace your gas tank completely.

had the tank replaced and still have gas spewing out the filler hole. going to contact dealer once again.

dealer is now going to replace the carcoal canister to stop the spewing of gas. they had replaced the tank prior to this. hopefully this will cure the problem.

I am sorry that I did not get back with you before now. They never put the TSB on my paper work, but had to order a new gas tank. It states that Customer stated when fueling vehicle gas over flows but tank is empty. Fuel tank on order. Then they replaced it. Sorry that i cannot be more help.

no problem, I need to do the same to my truck so hopefully my dealer can do the same thing. Thanks for the info.
