i posted a message earlier about our ground clearance being lower than what we are suppose to have our clearance is 10 1/8 at drain plug, 10 5/16 at rear diff. and 9 7/8 at skid plate.  I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem.  We have a CC w/off road package.  We also cannot access the AUX in the back seat.  We can only move from cd/radio.  The AUX only works in front.  Both of our drivers side and passengers side windows will not go back up after going down, it takes at least 30sec to get to work.  We asked the dealer about this before and they said "we see no problems" so we are bringing it back to the dealer for the 5th time.  Also our drivers side seat is coming apart all the little fishing line looking things are coming up and breaking.  We have also brought our truck in because of excessive windnoise on the drivers side and they stated that it is the mirror and the only way to fix it is to put electrical tape over the mirror (on a 35K + truck give me a break)  Has anyone had that problem and found a more resonable solution?

The window thing is a design flaw. You must hold the window button longer. don't move the switch so fast. The cureent to motor can't be completed with just tapping the button up. The ground clearence isuue I haven't checked on and my seats are just fine. I haven't used my Aux in the rear so i can't help. I don't have any wind noise problems but I don't have the tow pack.

I have big tow and no wind noise at 80+ mph (no more than expected with mirrors the size of a small state).

My seats have the same problem. The dealer order me a new seat today. The strings were coming out of the seats.

My windows switches were replace and that fixed the auto up problem. I had to tell them about the TSB and for 3 months of flicking my switches up. No problems. All the dealers I spoke to say that the AUX is normal operation, yet the manual says it should toggle between all modes.
