I have an 04 SE King Cab. When I accelerate, I hear a rattle noise (like a pebble knocking around in a bottle, or a playing card in the spokes of a bicycle tire) from near or behind the glove box. Very inconsistant and very frustrating. Happens at high speeds on the highway also. You have to hear past the rev of the engine to hear the noise.

I guess I can remove everything from the glove box and try but do not think that's the problem.

Anyone similar problems?

I once had the same problem.  Drove me crazy.  The rattle would only occur when my foot was on the accelerator.  Solution...  Come to fine out.  the wire that goes into the antenna is grounded to the motor. it had come loose from the antenna and was vibrating from the engine on the side of my fender wall on the right.  have not had problem since.  This is most likely your problem as well.  The sound sounds like it is coming from behind the glove box or around that compartment.  Hope that takes care of the problem.  Bet it does.  let me know.

I have the same problem and it is very frustrating because the dealer has never really been able to hear it when we go out on test drive.  I gave him a copy of an article I ran across stating that Titans do have this problem.

I'll have him look at the antenna thing.

Thanks guys

Might try investigating the solenoid for the throttle.
No TSB yet that I am aware of, but the dealer sure was aware of it
"IF" it is, the clicking comes from under the dash on the passenger side and stops after you let off the accelerator
