Spoke with Nissan this morning in regards to the white haze that keeps appearing on the bedliner. They told me that there was a notice issued this morning to all dealers and that they will fix the problem. This is good news for all of us who are experiencing this problem.

The recall is for the spray on liner only.

I called Nissan today and this recall/TSB doesn't exists. Naj, do you have any specific information we can reference? My dealer also checked his database and came up with nothing.
The best thing they can do is take a photograph and send it to corporate.
This is more likely to show up as a TSB than a recall since it is cosmetic in nature and not safety related.
Here is the latest TSBs.

I just went through all the red tape about the bedliners. Mine had blisters. After fighting for three months they decided to repair it. They had it for 5 days. Looked great. Lasted one month. Started blistering again in the same places. After 3 weeks they decided to replace the bed. Great right.. Wrong. When the bed came in the paint was damaged on the rear end. THey had to repaint that protion. Not happy with this. After two weeks I got it back. The decals on the side had air under it like you would not believe. The door behind the rear tire had not been replaced so the paint did not match. After two more weeks of "talks" they replaced the door. I stll have not got the decals replaced. They look like the warts on a frogs back. The dealer was great but the body shop that was used SUCKED!!
The good thing out of this is I now have a 04 truck with an 05 bed with the tailgate assist. Hope things go better for the rest of yall.

I don't have this problem yet with my 05, but I have noticed at the front of the bed aginst the cab the liner is running down hill from the left side to the right side , showing 1/2" of exposed metal. I took this back to the dealer and they said that was normal, I don't think so, I now am taking it higher untill my problem is resolvd.

FYI, spoke with local dealer about two weeks ago, they got with Nissan and they are sending out a repair kit to dealer to fix my sloping spray in bedliner.

Is there any update on the spray-in bedliner. I had questioned my dealer when I bought my "new 04" this month (april '05) about the bedliner looking chalky and was told that "all bedliners exhibit this look after being out in the weather for several months" "There's nothing wrong with it."
After seeing the actions of the General Sales Manager when my wife started asking questions about some little paint imperfections, I can say he'll be no help whatsoever. Is there some documentation from Nissan USA?
