Any of you guys running headers and a cat back exhaust sees an increase in highway gas mileage?

I did a test on my last fill up, I didn't go over 2k rpm when cruising or accelerating and I saw a 1.5mpg increase. It was so hard keeping the horses reins pulled in thou.

On my soon to be titan there is a Banks Power Exhaust System and a K&N Air Charger... The gas mileage is at 16-23 mpg :)
