My bed extender came with the utilitrack system. After installing the rack and cargo basket on top, the extender brackets would not work. I made other brackets to bolt on to the bed at the very back so that I could still use the extender if I wanted.

Have you checked with the Nissan Dealership Parts Dept. to see if you can order just the brackets you need? I would start there first and then buy one of the used extenders. Coincidentally I would like to sell mine for $75. If anyone is interested and is close to the Montgomery, Al. or the Newnan, Ga areas PM me for details.

It doesnt work with the tonneau cover that I installed. I never really used it anyways, except when I dropped the tailgate on long trips to try and save gas.
