4WD Lo with E-locker turned on...you should launch pretty hard      ...might lose a little on top end though...

Mine is too new to hammer...and I don't think that I will be trying to do too many "launches" or burnouts..at least not on purpose.  I can tell you that someone on another site said that he would hold the brake and take the engine to about 1500rpm, and then release the brake and smash the gas pedal....give er heck, and tell us if anything breaks...ok?

turn the traction control off if you have it and stomp on it.  Launching persay isn't exactly the right term since the truck weighs over 5,000 lbs  Still though if traction is an issue i'd bump it into 4wd high for a part of the launch but keep in mind the manual advises not to go over 60 i believe with it engaged.  Still I was watching car and driver TV today and they managed a 0-60 in 7.6 seconds which bested the F150 by nearly 2 seconds

HAHA ya i saw that Nissan Titian owns f150. You think it is better to shift manual with that shifting thing on the titan or just leave it in drive? I have a 2x4 what the best way to launch on that?
