I'm about to buy a Titan to tow a horse trailer (2 horse bumper). I'm new to towing, can't afford a 4X4, and am wondering if I need limited slip which apparently is only available with the off road package. Seems strange to me this wouldn't be included with the tow package (?). Any advise would be appreciated.

You do not need a locking rear end to tow. Thats mostly for getting out of place when you are 4x4ing.

get a titan with the big tow package and it'll come with the VDC and this will work well when towing.
