More than likely it'll be a few weeks to a few months for a company to make one...But I'd try with Crutchfeild to see if they have one yet...

I agree with RI Xterra. Crutchfield usually is on top of the new models and their suppliers are quick to get them out before the others. So keep checking with them or maybe you could even send them and email to inquire about it. Maybe they can give you a good answer.

If there isn't a company yet that is making an installation kit for your truck you could always do the other route I did...Which is Contact a company called www.jltroy.com

I owned a 2000 Nissan Sentra SE before my Xterra and when I bought it there was nothing out for it(new body style)..I joined www.b15sentra.net and found out that there was nothing out..So I then contacted JL Troy to see what they could do for me....So what they had me do is send out my radio, cause in the Sentra's the stereo has a molded front end to match the contours of the dash. And they made me an installation kit.So if you don't wanna wait then I'd say give that a try...

It didn't cost me anything cause they used my headunit as a production mold but after they made it they sold em for $15 roughly...

Hey guys,  Just got my SE Crew two wheel with tow and off road pkgs over the weekend.  I really like it so far, but I'm having trouble locating a power wire under the dash to splice into in order to supply power to my portable XM satellite radio and radar detector.  I really want to hard-wire these two components into the truck.  Has anyone out there figured out where to obtain power from?

There's an ignition-hot stud on the fusebox.

Gentlemen,

Over the weekend, I pulled the faceplate off my radio in order to gain access to the aux power plug wiring (cigarette plug).  The cover plate was easy enough to remove, but be prepared to disconnect about 8 electrical plugs (no big deal, but a bit overwhelming).  I spliced into the right side cigarette plug as it is connected thru the ignition switch.  I now have my portable (Roady) XM unit as well as my radar detector hardwired, so no more cords going every which way.

My primary reason for writing is to inform all Titan owners that once you remove the radio face plate, it will take a trip to the dealership to get the airbag light extinguished.  Mine started blinking once I completed the above installation.  At first, I thought I may have jostled some of the airbag wiring, but when I spoke with a Nissan rep at the dealership, he informed me that anytime you remove the radio/airconditioning faceplate, the airbag light will illuminate.  I asked him if I could turn it off myself, but the service guy said it has to be done with a computer they have at the dealership.  I'm headed to the dealership later today, so I'll let you know if any problem should arise.

Chad

Has anyone out there experienced any trouble with their in-dash 6 disc CD changer?  It's been ~24 hours since taking delivery and have ~100 miles on the truck however the changer is acting bizarre.  It plays fine and the sound is great, but when restarting the engine the changer automatically does an "All disc eject" even if the radio was turned off before turning the ignition off.  The eject button also does not work.  You can press it 'til the cows come home and nothing happens.  The only way to get the discs out is to turn off the motor and restart it.  I'm going to have the dealer take a look at this but was wondering if anyone else had the same or similar experience.

I really love the truck so far and right now don't have any other complaints.  Definitely a lot of bang for the buck!
