I own a king cab SE  with the tow package, bed package, and rockford stereo package.  I have 1370 miles on it.  My truck has stalled twice since I bought it.  The dealer told me it is a flaw in the outer design of the transmisssion.  I am not a mechanic so bear with me. There is a wire harness that connects into the transmission.  Where this connects to is sitting on a bad spot on the tranny.  This area holds water and shorts out the system.   My Titan is in the shop for at least 10 days because these transmissions our on back order.

Check the post that the TITAN mentions above.   I just replied to that one with the fix that I got from the dealer...    NTB04036,    took 45 minutes to replace the bad sensor.    Mine started acting up 2 days ago, called and they got me right in.
