Greetings Forumites,

I'm not sure if this particular issue about getting parts has been discussed on this forum already, but I could use some advice.

Long story short, 3 cars, first car pulls out when light turns green, then slams on brakes, second car hits her and I hit the 2nd car.  Just cosmetic damage to my front end, but the big thing was my airbag deployed!  I couldn't have been going more than 10 mph.

Everything has been repaired/replaced except for the driver & passenger seat belts.  The body shop that's doing my repair said the seat belts have to be replaced because they locked in place after the accident.

I called Nissan Consumer Affairs...they are NO help! They claim to have me on the highest priority to receive the parts but they can't tell me when they will have them in...it's been 3 weeks. 

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get these seat belts?
