For around $250, here are some things that I have done to my Titan that make it pretty nice/good looking.

Try some Nerf bars/tubular steps. I have black powder coated set from westin that look great and definitely help getting in/out of the truck. They only take about 30 minutes to install yourself with just a ratchet and socket set. If you already have something similar try some husky liners for your floor instead of the factory floor mats. They look rugged and help to protect your carpet. Plus they are easy to clean especially if you are doing any offroading or anything is the rain/snow. You don't have to worry about wet feet and ruining your carppet.
