Cant find 265/70/18 offroad or snow tires anywhere

There are no 18" winter tires avail. anywhere. They do not exist.

Off Road you could look at the Continentals but they suck.

I know where you come from. nobody seems to know anything. I hear nitto has a terra grappler that will fit , but i dont know for sure. Expect to pay big bucks though.

They say 285/60/18 are a close match and toyo and nitto have something

Is it a close enough match?

I have the Terra Grapplers in 285/60/18 and they are GREAT. A huge inprovement over the GYs in all aspects. I paid $177 each at discount tire. Mounted and balanced with lifetime warr. was $825. They were not cheap but the price was within a few dollars of every other tire I considered so there was really no difference.
