In the past when I purchased a new truck and took it in for service, no mater what the service was they washed my truck as a complementary thanks, but now at the dealer where I got my Titan this is not so. Is this standard service at most dealers today?

My truck was washed at my 2 yr service but that also cost me some change.  I find that dealers tend to wash the vehicle only once in a while on most occasions, I'm sure you could inquire about it but you might also end up paying for it.  My personal preference is that they do not wash it, I get worried they are trying to hide something

Ditto on the dealer car washes.....but to answer your question, I have never had a dealership offer to wash my vehicle except when I first bought it.

Good point about the grunts, I am very picky, I don't know why I did not think of that, well maybe I do, I'm a bit Conservative! Thanks too all.
