I dont know how many of you have had this issue, if any. However, I live in Alaska and our roads are pretty snow covered and icey. Well I drive in 4 Hi all the time. For about the past 3 weeks I have noticed when I am driving down the road at about 60 to 65 trying to cruise, it feels like the transmision slips or somthing like that. It lasts for about 3 to 4 seconds but just feels like you dont have any power. Gets pretty scarry when you are on an icey road and your vehicle does that. Now it does it at slower speeds. Only in 4WD. I dont really know much about vehicles but ours is about 7 moths old and has 8000 miles on it. Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this problem?
