2004 Titan with 8350 miles on it.  I've been dealing with the problem for 10 days now and it's about to drive me crazy.  This is compounded by the fact that the truck is at a dealership 100 miles away from me.

I've detailed everything on another website but don't know if I'm allowed to post a link or not.  If someone has an answer to that, please let me know. 

Anyone else with front ends falling apart?

You can follow his link to TitanTalk and prolly find more than you ever wanted to know. I truly sympathize with SAE's dilemma and the poor service it seems he has received from his dealer. However...(prolly will catch some flak for this..just remember it is only my 2 cents..) I think this is a prime example why its a bad idea to make mods such as this to a new truck. I imagine most folks perform these mods mainly for looks. But whatever the reason, if I wanted a truck for some hard offroading I'd get a good used one. If you don't do any hard off-roading then you have even less of a reason for such a mod. I know very little about making suspension modifications. Maybe if I knew more about it, it would change my opinion. But fair or not, I think anyone contemplating lifting or lowering their truck should prolly expect to have complications getting warranty approved.... GL SAE, I hope this gets resolved soon for you w/o it costing you $$...keep on truckin

Who installed the leveling kit? And do you have info you can share on the kit itself? Brand and where you purchased etc..

I agree with puff 110% about doing mods to fast.  A leveling kit is relatively simple, however this being a new chassis and suspension design could also be a factor combined with a design flaw in the kit.

That's why people should not jump all over the Supercharging mod to quickly.  Our trannies would probably shell from the added torque.

Scroll down to the bottom of this link and you'll see the leveling kit.  I had it installed by Minco here in Panama City about 2 months ago.  Never had any trouble with it at all.  In fact, the dealership hasn't mentioned the leveling kit as being part of the problem.
