Bottom line, brakes don't warp, it's uneven material buildup. Bed your brakes.

Wow, what an education on brakes! Confirms my theory on this brake judder problem. My wifes Astro van has the same brake problem and I finally attributed that to the "non dusting pads" I was using and the hard driving (towing and mountain roads), figuring it was buildup on the pads or discs themselves. Unfortuneately now it appears that I own two vehicles with the judders (what luck). I know Nissan has a service bulletin out on how to correct the problem with new pads and parts, but I guess some day I may need to investigate or invest in some high performance brakes (after the warranty expires of course or if Nissan doesn't figure it out).
