Hi guys.. first time poster. I was wondering if anyone knows about Dana quality issues? I've heard numerous reports of the rear diff failing while towing 5000lbs or less. Just lookin for some insight. Hasn't happened to me yet as I don't actually own a titan, but I am in the market for a truck.

Thanks in advance.

NIssan known of the problem and calls it oevrheating the diff fluid. The later 05s have a finned diff cover to combat the problem. Synthetic fuild does the best job though. Does Nissan plan on fixing the problem...........thinking......finnned diff cover.......maybe bigger cap. diff cover
