If you live in New England where we just got hammered with snow and cold temps you'd be ripped if your washer fluid did not work. 

The truck is a newbie and the reservoir is full.  Not sure what degree rating was in the fluid the dealer used but the bottle I have at home is rated for -25 below zero.  Fortunately it is not that cold but at 15-25 above zero I would think it should be working.  When you pull the lever the wipers come on but no squirting.  And then you try again and the only driver's side only works.  Then you wait and try again and just the passenger side works.

Has anyone encountered this problem or have any ideas as to what might be going on.

Chances are that due to the amount of snow that you received snow was packed into the nozzles of the washer sprayers and then froze.  My suggestion would be to let the truck warm up and see if it thaws it enough to get the fluid out...
