read your warranty information, be smart and find out if something is covered or not. Then go talk to the service manager, call him, email him, make it known that you have a problem and need it corrected properly. Im 17 years old and i get on those guys backs to make me happy and fix my problems. i now personally know the service manager. so i call him when i need it serviced, he fits me in whenever i need to and he even comes out himself when i arrive to talk to me about the truck. annoy the heck out of those guys and they will make you happy so you dont bug them anymore.
