HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD THEIR TRUCKS SENT WITHOUT UTILITY TRACKS INSTALLED? WENT TO PICK MINE UP & NOTICED THE LACK OF TRACK IN BOX, ONE MONTH LATER & STILL WAITING FOR PARTS....

i heard theives have been stealing them out of trucks on the lot. My dealer was going to do an exchange for my titan. THe other dealer would not accept the swap because the rails were stolen out of it.
