Just an FYI to those contemplating installing the Factory foglight kit in your SE or XE w/off road... the entire install time was about 15 minutes. That's both lights and the new turn signal lever.

There was no hard part about it, the only thing I could forsee being a hassle is if you have the shifter on the column and not on the center console.

It makes the truck look complete now and I highly recommend this mod.

I got the kit for $165 locally (I have a connection). You can get them for $199 otherwise.

Look on Courtesy Nissan's site, they have them for less, but you have to pay shipping.

OK, thanks. Can you actually tell a difference when driving or does it just look cool?

Both :)

The foglights do make a noticible difference at night and others have said in actual fog they are awesome.

Do the instructions on how to put in the new turn signal come with the kit? If not how do you do it?

FYI - factory fog lights will not install on 04 XE 4X2.  No plugs behind the bumper.  Found out the hard way and had to return them to the dealer.  Dealer says Nissan may come out with a kit in the future, but I don't believe him.

Courtesy Nissan's website references the Fog Lamp accessory option does not install on an '05 SE King 4x2.  Has anyone done this modification for this particular model (or has tried and failed)? Courtesy could not tell me why the kit would not install on my Titan. All they said was Nissan says the kit is not suitable, but no mention as to why not.

Thanks

Paul C.
