I am thinking about removing the decals on my truck, the TITAN on the tailgate and V8 on the side, I don't have any stickers...

Any advice or pitfalls to watch out for would be greatly appreciated.

TIA,

Ron

The only stickers i took off were the vinyl ones, came off real easy with a blow dryer at a luke warm temp. Iam sure that it gets harder to get off the longer its on...if that made any sence..: )

I used the fishing line method described by Johnboy and it worked flawlessly and I am very happy!

One of my first posts here was the fishing line debadging. If its cold ioutside you may find that the foam tape on the letters chunks. I try not to heat the surface but it can help stubborn parts release. I would follow with a clay bar to get the residue off and then wax the whole area. You may see some ghosting for a fews days but it will go away with time and sun exposure.
